By accessing or using CartReco, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CartReco is an abandoned cart recovery tool for Shopify stores. We send automated emails to recover lost sales.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials.
4. Shopify Integration
You authorize CartReco to: read products, read customers, read orders, create discount codes, and send emails on your behalf.
5. Email Sending
You consent to us sending emails to your customers. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and applicable laws.
6. Payment and Billing
Free Plan: $0, 50 carts/month. Growth Plan: $29/month. Pro Plan: $79/month. Billed via Paystack. Cancel anytime.
7. Refund Policy
No refunds for partial months. Contact contact@cartreco.com for technical issues.
8. Limitation of Liability
CartReco is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific recovery rates. Liability limited to fees paid in last 30 days.
9. Termination
We may suspend accounts for violations. You may delete your account anytime in Settings.
